We would like to congratulate Zosha and Tandy on winning Best of Breed at the National in Fletcher, NC on May 24th, 2025 under French Judge Boris Cavillac. We are so proud of this team! It is every breeder's dream for one of their dogs to be recognized at their National Specialty, and it is an even bigger honor for one of our dogs to be recognized by a Judge from the country of origin. The day after, Tandy went Best of Breed over some of the top dogs in the United States. We are simply humbled by the recognition Tandy has received from judges. We know this is just the beginning for this team and we can't wait to see all they accomplish in the future. 

We are so grateful for our puppy people who have become our family and for loving, training, and conditioning their dogs. Pyr Sheps thrive and perform when they have a strong bond with their owners.  Each one of these owners have put their dogs before the titles and ribbons, and that is when they excel the most. 

At the PSCA Supported Entry on May 25th, 2025, under Judge Joyce Vanek, as well as Merit Evals under French Judge, Boris Cavillac:

-Ghetti, with his owner Robin, went WD/BOW for a major which finished his Championship title! He also earned an Excellent Merit Eval.
-Vivid, with her owner Jenn, went WB for a 3 pt major! She also earned a Very Promising Merit Evaluation, which is the recognition given for dogs under 1 year of age. 
- Ginny, with her owner Robin, went RWB to the major! She also earned a Very Promising Merit Evaluation. 
-Token, with his owner Jenn, went Select for a Major Defeat towards his Grand Champion and Owner-Handled Best of Breed. He also earned an Excellent Merit Evaluation (his second Excellent!). 
-Tandy, with her owner Zosha, went Select for a Major Defeat towards her Grand Champion, her first day out as a special. She also earned an Excellent Merit Eval!
-Moose, with his owner Alison, ran some solid courses this weekend in agility and earned some nice Qs as well as his Novice Fast Title.

We are humbled to be recognized as an AKC Breeder of Merit Bronze for Pyrenean Shepherds.  We would not be able to accomplish this without our amazing puppies and their dedicated owners. Their owners work hard building a partnership out of trust and love and then accomplish a variety of incredible titles and recognitions.  Thank you to the Echo Ridge puppy owners, you helped to make this happen!

Ghetti, Hugo, Bruin, and Giggles have headed off to their new homes. Lucy will be staying here at Echo Ridge and the kiddos are thrilled about it! Their owners have said they are settling in so well. We look forward to seeing all they accomplish together. 

All five of Luke and Rose's puppies will be officially gone tomorrow.  The puppies are thriving in their new homes so far, and we are getting lovely updates about all of their puppy antics.  This litter was so much fun with lots of personality.  We are again so lucky to have such amazing homes for our puppies and appreciate their owner's confidence and patience.  Waiting for a puppy is not easy, but we think it is well worth the wait!!! We cannot wait to see all the adventures the puppies have with their new owners.  

In April 2023 we were recognized by the American Kennel Club as a Breeder of Merit for Pyrenean Shepherds.  We are so excited and proud to have achieved this goal, due in large part to our wonderful puppy owners and their accomplishments both in conformation and performance.  Thank you to the Echo Ridge puppy owners for all of your hard work and dedication to your dogs. 

Luke and Echo had a beautiful litter of four fawn puppies on Sunday, October 16th.  Two males and two females.  They have been growing well and we have been introducing them to a variety of experiences from car rides to noisy toddler toys. Echo has outdone herself again as a phenomenal mom, and we only hope her offspring live up to her in the future.
